      The two bedroom nature house for up to 5 persons is located just 100m from the sea, in the bay of Bozanska, on the island of Pasman. This house has two storeys. On the ground floor is the open-plan kitchen with living and dining room that contains a sofa for one person. Wireless Internet and SAT-TV are in this house available without further charges. However, the signal quality of WLAN and mobile phone can vary greatly there. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stovetop on gas with 3 burners. The two bedrooms are both on the upper floor and are equipped one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bed linen and bathroom towels are available, fresh would be at disposal after each week of stay. Beach towels are not available. In the garden, there is a barbecue and an outside shower also with warm water. The balcony is furnished, sunbeds are also available. The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets in the house are fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger. This nature house can be reached by car up to a distance of 60 meters. There is a public and free parking. The road that leads to this car park is concreted. There are no other houses between the parking lot and the hilltop house, which reinforces the feeling of being isolated. The path to the sea is steep, the beach is rocky. The island of Pasman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Rental is possible during the spring and summer, till early autumn. This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, against a surcharge. Please, state in your inquiry, with how many pets are you traveling. Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out. After the check-in in our agency, guests travel to the island. If you find these details unclear or you have any further questions for which answers can not be found here, please contact us.         Veľmi pekné miesto s nádherným výhľadom, skvelá terasa, fantastické súkromie, sympatický interiér domu, kde sme sa cítili ako doma, ku pláži vedie prírodný drsný chodník , kryštáľovo čisté more
        Dom má nedostatočný a nespoľahlivý elektrický solárny systém , dva krát sa vyskytol problém s elektrinou, boli sme bez svetla a nefungovala chladnička, čo je v horúcom počasí dosť nepríjemné. Parkovacie miesto pre auto je vzdialené od domu 100 do kopca. Počas dňa vo vonkajšej sprche tečie iba horúca voda.
