      This Robinson-style holiday home is located on the island of Pašman, in Mala Kruševica Bay, right by the sea. It is accessible by car, though the road is rough and requires slow and careful driving. Pets are welcome for an additional fee; please specify the number of pets in your inquiry. One bedroom and the bathroom have separate entrances from outside the main part of the house. Water and electricity should be used sparingly. The 220V electricity is solar-powered. Bringing or using personal electrical appliances other than mobile phone or laptop chargers is not permitted. Hot water in the bathroom is provided by a gas water heater; an outdoor solar shower is also available. As the water sits in a tank at high temperatures during summer, it should be boiled before drinking; purchasing bottled drinking water is recommended. Tank water can be used directly for cooking and washing. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, though signal quality may vary due to the property's location. Fresh bath towels and bed linen are provided after every week of stay. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, an electric refrigerator (170L fridge, 42L freezer), and a two-burner gas stove. There is also a bed for two people in the kitchen. The furnished terrace offers natural shade and a sea view. A built-in barbecue is located in the yard. We recommend bringing your mobile phone so you can contact us if necessary; you can charge it inside the house using your standard charger. Motorboat rental is available upon request, provided the guest holds a valid license for operating a boat in open waters. The island of Pašman is an excellent destination for water sports enthusiasts. Additionally, the island offers hiking, cycling, and trekking trails—including some near the house—where various Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic herbs can be found, making it perfect for nature lovers. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru between the morning and early afternoon, as reaching the property at night is difficult, or even impossible, after the last ferry of the day has departed.
