      The holiday house is placed directly on the seaside, and it is available to rent during the spring and summer, till early autumn. This holiday house is located in a Robinson house on the Island of Zirje, and it is accessible by car, by a ferry between the town of Sibenik an the island of Zirje and then on an asphalt road directly to the house.This car-ferry on the line Sibenik - Zirje operates only twice a day, therefore it is necessary to pre-arrange your time of arrival at our office. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.This holiday rental has two seperate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. There is also one couch for two persons in the kitchen, so it can accommodate maximum up to 6 persons. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, crockery, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking stove, oven and a TV with local programs. This holiday rental also offers a barbecue and an outside shower. This is a pet-friendly accommodation, pets are welcome here, upon a request and against a surcharge of 5,00 EUR per day per pet. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.Running cold water from the reservoir is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom, the water tank holds 30.000 l. The water and electricity should be spent sparingly here. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. It is possible to rent this holiday house during the winter, but water can only get heated on the stove, and a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials. Bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available. You may recharge your mobile phone and laptop in the house with your regular mobile phone and laptop recharger for household use.We ask you kindly to consider, in your travel plans, that the car-ferry on the line Sibenik - Zirje operates only twice a day, and that it is necessary to check in, in our agency in Biograd, before you would travel to the island.If you find these details unclear or you have any further questions for which answers can not be found here, please contact us.
