      The house is located directly on the beach on the island of Pašman, in Kobiljak bay. It can accommodate up to 5 persons (children are here, regardless of their age, counted in the total number of persons). There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The sofa for the 5th person is placed in the kitchen. The kitchen contains dishes and cutlery, a stove with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A maximum of two pets per reservation are welcome, upon request and against surcharge. There is a barbecue in the yard. Kobiljak cove, where this holiday home is located, can be reached by car on a local improvised road. These improvised roads can be significantly damaged due to bad weather (rain), and therefore, a careful and slow driving is definitely required. The house is about 300m away from the parking lot by land, about 100m by air; the parking lot and the vehicles on it are visible from the house. This public parking is free of charge. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price.Running cold water from a tank with a volume of 25,000 l is installed in the kitchen, toilet and bathroom with shower. The outdoor shower has a black container that warms up by the warmth of the sun. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Considering that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if you want to use it for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Therefore, most guests decide to buy bottled water. Solar energy is 220V, intended only for charging mobile phones, laptops and lighting; bringing and using other electrical devices is not accepted. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and a gas stove. Bed linen is prepared for guests, and fresh ones are made available after each week of stay. Bathroom and beach towels are not included. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home, with your own usual charger that you also use at home. Guests can have WLan internet in the house with the purchase of a SIM card of around 10 EUR for a week of flat rate internet. Guests should put that SIM card in one of their own devices (mobile phone, laptop...) which will then serve as a hot spot. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have with him a boat driving license valid on open waters. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning until early afternoon, because getting to the house at night is difficult, and even impossible after the last ferry leaves. After registering in our agency, you travel to the island.
