      Holiday house Roko with two bedrooms, for 4 persons, is located on the coast, on the sandy beach in the bay Vitane, on the island of Pasman.All rooms in the house are on the ground floor. Open kitchen, living room and dining room feature fireplace and satellite TV, as well as WLan internet and air conditioning. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer and a 4-burner gas stove. Hot and cold water (gas boiler) is installed in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Bed linen and bathroom towels are available, fresh ones arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available, please bring them with you.In the garden there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower, for the outdoor shower the water is heated by the heat of the sun. The covered terrace is furnished, and sun loungers and a hydromassage pool are available.Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Since water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. Solar-powered electricity is 220 V, so household appliances other than battery chargers and lights cannot be used.We recommend guests to bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. The house has a socket for a standard plug, so guests can charge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard home charger.There is a possibility to rent a motor boat (on request and provided that the client has a valid license for a boatmaster). Boat mooring is available in front of the house at no extra cost.This house by the sea is accessible by car, on a concreted road (up to the last 200m).The island of Pasman is only 15 minutes by ferry from Biograd na Moru. This island is a great destination for all lovers of water sports. In addition, the island has hiking, biking and trekking trails, which are in the vicinity of this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic herbs - perfect for all nature lovers.Ferry tickets are not included in the price. The minimum stay is 7 days, only from Saturday to Saturday. The house can be booked all year round, but winter rent includes additional heating costs.Pets are welcome, at a surcharge of EUR 10 per day, per pet. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with.We recommend coming to our agency during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the facility at night is impossible after the last ferry departs.
