      The Robinson-type holiday home is located directly on the beach on Pašman Island, in Pećine Bay. It is accessible by car to within approx. 200 m; the concrete access road includes a 300 m stretch of unpaved gravel road. A narrow footpath leads from the parking area to the house. Pets are not allowed. Water and electricity should be used sparingly. Cold running water from a 10,000 l tank is available in the kitchen and bathroom, while the toilet uses seawater from a separate 2,000 l tank. The yard has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, powered by solar energy. The tank water is suitable for washing and cooking but is not recommended for drinking; most guests purchase bottled water. The 220V electricity is solar-powered. Guests may not use their own electrical appliances, except mobile phones and laptops, which can be charged via standard outlets in the kitchen. Bed linen is provided; bathroom and beach towels are not included. Fresh bed linen is supplied weekly.One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with cookware and cutlery, a four-burner stovetop (no oven), and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A TV with local channels is also provided. The bathroom features a sink, shower, and toilet. Guests can enjoy a covered, furnished terrace with sun loungers. A built-in barbecue is located in front of the house. Wi-Fi internet access is available via a prepaid SIM card, which costs approximately EUR 11 for 7 days of unlimited data. Guests simply insert the SIM card into one of their own devices, which can then be used as a mobile hotspot. Please note that mobile signal strength in these locations can vary considerably. Motorboat rental is available upon request, provided that the guest holds a boat skipper's licence valid in Croatia. A boat mooring is available directly in front of the house at no additional charge. Please note that ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. The island of Pašman is accessible by a ferry ride of approximately 15 minutes from Biograd na Moru. It is an excellent destination for water sports enthusiasts and also offers numerous hiking, cycling, and trekking trails, including several in the vicinity of the house. Along these trails, guests can discover a variety of Mediterranean, medicinal, and aromatic plants, making the island an ideal setting for nature lovers.
