      Nature house with two bedrooms, for up to 6 persons, is placed directly on the beach on the island of Pašman, and is available to rent during the spring and summer, till early autumn.The kitchen has an electric refrigerator (100 l refrigerator and 50 l freezer) and a gas stove cooktop, cookware and tableware. Running cold sweetwater is installed in the kitchen and the toilet. The garden shower is equipped with a solar heating bag - you pour water in and place the bag under sunshine (black side up). The bag absorbs solar energy to warm the water. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and the other with one double bed and one bunk bed for two. Bed linen is prepared for the guests; fresh will be delivered once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available.The roofed terrace with sea view is furnished.Guests may have WiFi (WLan) internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot.The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Electricity is generated by solar power 12V. Therefore please do not bring other electric devices, except your cell phone battery chargers. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone there with your regular household recharger, due to an inverter in the house.The sweetwater is staying in the tank in hot weather, so we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled drinking water.The house is accessible by car to about 40m distance. The road leading there is a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. It is passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. The advantage of having your car by the house is that you may easily go on trips and explore not only the immediate, but also the wider area, which offers many attractive excursion locations.The island of Pašman is a great destination for all who are keen on water sports. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.You may also choose to leave your car (one per guest group) at the houseowner´s in the village of Ugrinić on the island of Pašman. A private boat transfer between Ugrinić and the holiday house once upon arrival and once upon departure would be free of charge. Please state in your inquiry wheter you choose driving to the house or using the transfer service. For those who would choose this service, grocery delivery may be organized once a week.Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Ferry tickets are not included. No pets, please.There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license). A boat berth in front of the house is available without further charges.Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the transfer and the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is very inconvenient at night - even impossible after the last ferry to the island has sailed out.
