      The holiday house with two bedrooms, for up to 4 people, is located directly on the sea, in the cove Božanska, on the island of Pašman. All rooms in the house are on the ground floor. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove with 2 burners. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Bed linen is available, fresh is delivered once a week. The bathroom equipment includes a shower, toilet and sink. Bath towels and beach towels are not available. In the garden there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower for which the water is heated by the heat of the sun. The balcony is furnished, and deckchairs are also available. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card at a price of around 11 euros for 7 days of flat rate internet. Guests need to insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which will then act as a hotspot. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Only cold running water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, we recommend boiling it before consumption or buying drinking water in bottles. The water from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. Solar-powered electricity is 12V, so no household appliances can be used, except for battery chargers and lights. We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home with your charger, which you also use in the car. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat (on request and provided that the client has a recognized driver's license for open waters, a license for inland waters is not sufficient). A boat mooring is available at no extra cost in front of the house. You can reach this holiday home by car, the road from Tkon is concreted except for the last 150m aerial distance, which is planned to be concreted by the spring of 2023. The island of Pašman is a 15-minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru. This island is a great destination for all lovers of water sports. In addition, there are hiking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean, medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature lovers. Ferry tickets are not included in the rental price. Minimum stay is 7 days, only from Saturday to Saturday. Pets are welcome, with an extra charge of 5 EUR per day and pet. Please indicate in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. We recommend arriving at our agency during the morning to early afternoon, because getting to the facility at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves. After registering at our agency, you continue your journey to the island.
