Ingredients

12 slices of dry bacon
A pinch of rosemary and thyme (not obligatory)
2 teaspoons of butter
2 cloves of garlic
parsley if necessary
450 g tagliatelle
3 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

1.    Fry the bacon and herbs with a teaspoon of butter for about 2 minutes in a large frying pan fry, then add the garlic and parsley. Cook for another few minutes until the bacon turns yellow.
2.    Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package, drain it and keep some water in which they cooked.
3.     Stir the tagliatelle in the pan along with other ingredients, add remaining butter, Parmesan cheese, some water you cooked pasta in and gently stir to mix everything.
