      The house is located on the islet of Žižanj (next to the island of Pašman), which is not connected by ferry lines either to the mainland or to other islands, so both the island and the house itself are inaccessible for personal vehicles! You leave your vehicle (one per group) in a safe and free parking lot in Biograd na Moru. Private transfer by boat from the parking place to the house, once upon arrival and once at the end of your stay, is free of charge. This house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a stove, plus a sofa bed. There is also a barbecue in the yard at your disposal. Please note that pets are not allowed in this house. Delivery of groceries can be organized once a week. The water tank has a volume of 20,000 l. Electricity of 220V is solar powered. It is not allowed to bring and use your own electrical devices, except battery chargers for mobile phones / laptops. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower with thermal bags, which are filled with water and placed in a sunny place to get hot water for showering. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if you want to use it for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most guests decide to buy bottled drinking water. It is possible to rent in winter, but hot water can then only be obtained by heating on the stove, and winter rent implies additional costs for firewood. Bed linen, kitchen towels and one hand towel per person are waiting for you, and fresh ones are delivered once a week. We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so that you can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home with your regular home charger. Renting a motor boat is possible, upon request, with the condition that the guest must have a valid open water boat operator's license with him in Croatia. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning until early afternoon, as the transfer and arrival at the facility at night are difficult. After registering with our agency, you travel to the island.
