Vrboska is situated on the bottom of a long, protected cove on the middle part of the north coast of island Hvar. It is the smallest place on the island and it is connected with little bridges so, therefore, is called "Little Venice". Because of very attractive diving localities, Vrboska is an ideal destination for diving excursions. You can look up for your accommodation in private apartments, hotels and in a nudist camp, with a high quality catering offer. Vrboska consists of two parts: Padva which is a mixture of Renaissance and Baroque houses and Pjaca with narrow streets, old church and houses on the one side and various villas on the other side. All that gives indescribable charm and intimate warmth to the place. Vrboska is famous for nice gravel beaches and it offers all possibilities for a peaceful family vacation. The most popular beaches are:
Soline - a peninsula full of beautiful little gravel coves on the south side, while on the north side are mostly smooth, stony slabs symmetrical shapes.
Maslinica - a gravel cove, only 10 minutes of walking from the centre of Vrboska.
