Because of its simplicity and interesting shape muffins have become sweets found in every home. Inspired by that we are bringing you a muffin recipe with muesli as an excellent breakfast for every age group. With this healthy snack we recommend a glass of milk!<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong>
\n10 tablespoons of flour
\n4 tablespoons powdered sugar
\n1 baking powder
\n1 vanilla sugar
\n6 tablespoons of cereal muesli
\n2 eggs
\n2 dl milk
\n6 tablespoons of oil<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/strong>
\nMix dry and liquid ingredients separately. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture, stirring with a tablespoon, but without over mixing it. When everything becomes a unique blend, spoon batter into the muffin cups halfway, sprinkle with muesli, and bake at 180-200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\n
