Because of its simplicity and interesting shape muffins have become sweets found in every home. Inspired by that we are bringing you a muffin recipe with muesli as an excellent breakfast for every age group. With this healthy snack we recommend a glass of milk!

Ingredients:
10 tablespoons of flour
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
6 tablespoons of cereal muesli
2 eggs
2 dl milk
6 tablespoons of oil

Preparation:
Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture, stirring with a tablespoon, but without over mixing it. When everything becomes a unique blend, spoon batter into the muffin cups halfway, sprinkle with muesli, and bake at 180-200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
