Omschrijving

Villa Dora is situated on Oštro peninsula, around 1,5 kilometers away form Kraljevica between Rijeka and Crikvenica, thirty kilometers from Opatija and on the very entrance to the bridge that connects the island Krk with mainland. The villa was built in 1938 in Austrian-Hungarian style, and it was opened for guests in 2004 after being completely renovated.

The villa is situated directly by the sea in its own bay, and it has its own beach. It is surrounded by rich Mediterranean greenery that spreads on over more than three thousand square meters. There is also a swimming pool with lighting and a jacuzzi within the yard.

There are three big apartments and two studio apartments in the villa. Another big apartment is situated within the site as a separate object with a separate entrance and terrace. All apartments have a view over the sea, exit to balcony or terrace, and there are parking spaces within fenced and closed garden for all guests. All accommodations are top equipped, they have TV/SAT, separate phone lines, Internet connections, and air-conditions. Villa Dora is specially suitable for guests who want complete peace and privacy, but also to be able to take excursion to countryside: to Fužine and other attractive places in Gorski kotar, to Opatija, island of Krk, or by ferry to islands of Cres and Lošinj, or even whole day trip to Plitvica lakes.
