Karbuni got its name from the traditional occupation of its locals - the preparation of wood carbon (carbon) and soot. It is located in a bay that is one of the best anchoring spots for small boats, while the archipelago by Karbuni is scattered with an abundance of small islands strewn with picturesque beaches.
