The bell tower was built between the church and monastery and is made of stone. The park is also a horticultural monument covering over 3.64 hectares, including over 160 plant species, such as magnolias that arrived from places such as China, Japan and Australia, which were brought by sailors.

Erected in 1956, is a piece by the artist Zvonko Car; located on the Lungomare promenade, fits in perfectly with the ambient of the promeade.

About Rijeka and Opatija
