Don't be fooled by the naked stone surface while you approach the island of Rab by ferry from Mišnjak port. The town of Rab, the island's capital, is a historical gem full of Renaissance and Gothic palaces of old noble families. If you stay in town, you can visit its four bell towers or walk through the stone streets. In Kampor you can feel the atmosphere of an old fisherman place which kept its original appearance. Near Kampor there is a sandy beach and a lovely town of Lopar. If you are curious about authentic domestic cuisine be sure to visit the town of Barbat where you can taste domestic sheep cheese, wine and honey.
