Description

A well-kept old fashioned Istrian house, resembling the one from the Hansel and Gretel fairy tale, is located half way from Rijeka to Pula, near the place of Plomin, on a hill that can be reached by a narrow wooded trail. The apartment is detached from the house of the host and is therefore ideal for those looking for privacy. There used to be water mills along the brook that flows in front of the house and whose source lies 300 meters above the Demarin Estate. The brook continues to flow to the sea.

Hospitable and hard-working hosts that have put a lot of effort into the estate will be glad to show you their own mill that they keep in the basement as a valuable ethnographic exhibit.
