- In the description and photos, will appear a nice terrace with summer kitchen, in reality is that the owner and we are entitled to a piece of "terrace" in front of the apartment door, almost unusable, with the added bonus of the window owner who lives very close (no privacy (ie really bad. The kitchen is in a corridor without ventilation, and at the end, without partition, the chamber 2. The bathroom and toilet , has no ventilation, except with a window in the living room, imagine the smell! The living room is actually a veranda facing south without air conditioning or component, therefore unusable because from 10am to 45 degrees . And all of this housing component is not so hot.
