      This small and simple holiday cottage with one bedroom, for up to 4 persons, is a semi-detached building (it is leaning with one wall on another house with a different owner) located on the island Žižanj, about 10 km from Biograd, near the island of Pasman. Island of Zizanj is not connected by ferry to the mainland or even to other islands. The island and the house itself therefore are not accessible for cars. All rooms in this nature house are placed on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, gas refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stovetop on gas (two burners, no oven), filter coffee machine, TV with local channels,WiFi-internet, a radio and a couch for two. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the toilet. The shower is an outdoor one and it is provided with a black container that warms the water by the warmth of the sun. A double bed is placed in the bedroom. Bed linen is prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available. The terrace is furnished and there is also a built barbecue in the yard. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. The water tank holds 18.000 l sweetwater. As the water is staying for a longer period of time in the tank in hot weather, we recommend boiling it before drinking, or buying bottled drinking water. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but please do not bring and do not use any other electric appliancies except those already in the house and your own cell phone battery rechargers. Bring along your cell phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house with your regular household recharger. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Your vehicle (one per group) will be leaved on a safe and free parking in Biograd. A private boat transfer between Biograd and the house, once upon arrival and once upon departure, is free of charge. Grocery delivery is organized once a week. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license). A boat berth is avaialble without further charges. Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient to impossible at night. After the check-in in our agency, guests travel to the island. If you find these details unclear or you have any further questions for which answers cannot be found here, please contact us.
